2007-24RESOLUTION NO. 2007 - 24
COUNCILMEMBER ABBOTT INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, may by
resolution establish sewer use fees and water use fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, THAT the water use fee for customers of the
municipal water system are set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by this
referenced herein; provided further, that all such rates shall become effective with the billing
which shall be sent to customers for June's water usage for bills due on August 10, 2007.
COUNCILMEMBER FANOELE MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS
READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER FANOELE.
UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCILMEMBERS WOLFF, STEWART, SCHEVE, SHOTWELL,
ABBOTT, FANOELE, CHRISTIANSEN AND BIFFAR VOTING "AYE" AND
COUNCILMEMBERS NONE VOTING "NAY ", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE
FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 27TH DAY OF
MARCH, 2007.
