Dear Mark,
This letter details findings from my ground assessment of two silver maples at 2142 Front
St on 6-4-13.
The west maple has significant decay cavities on the stem and presents a significant risk
of failure from poor structural integrity. The east maple also has significant cavities that have
introduced decay into the stem and compromised adjacent major branch attachments. These
trees should both be removed to prevent a failure event, which would pose serious risk to nearby
dwellings and public safety.
