This letter details findings from my ground assessment of a side yard silver maple at 21
and StW St on 6-4-13.
This tree has significant decay cavities that have introduced decay into the stem of the
tree and compromised the attachment strength of adjacent branches. It poses a clear risk of
failure and should be removed to mitigate that risk.
