This letter details findings from my ground assessment of a pin oak located at 228 s 18
St on 6-4-13.
This tree overhangs utility lines (picture), shows signs of a previous lightning strike,
extensive trunk decay and canopy dieback ( >50 %). This tree should be removed as soon as
possible to minimize potential risk to utilities and the public.
