2006-37COUNCILMEMBER STEWART INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, may by
resolution establish sewer use fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, THAT the minimum sewer use fee for customers of the
municipal sanitary sewer system are set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by
this referenced herein; provided further, that all such rates shall become effective with the billing
which shall be sent to the customers on or about November 25, 2006 for the period commencing on
October 1, 2006.
COUNCILMEMBER ABBOTT MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS
READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER BIFFAR. UPON
ROLL CALL, COUNCILMEMBERS BIFFAR, WOLFF, ABBOTT, MCMANIGAL, FANOELE,
STEWART, SCHEVE AND SHOTWELL VOTING "AYE" AND COUNCILMEMBERS NONE
VOTING "NAY ", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 7TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2006.
