2006-13COUNCIL MEMBER ABBOTT INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska on or about
September 24, 2002 passed a Resolution No. 2002 -45, wherein a deferral of Special Assessment
was granted for the property legally described as Tax Lot 251, in Section 13, Township 18
North, Range 11, East of the 6 PM, Washington County Nebraska and now the grounds for said
deferral have ceased to exist.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, THAT the deferral of special assessments on the
property indicated above shall be terminated and said property shall be assessed according to the
schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference; provided, further
that all such fees shall become effective to the customer on or after March 28, 2006.
COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED
AS READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER ABBOTT.
UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCIL MEMBERS STEWART, SCHEVE, ABBOTT, SHOTWELL,
MCMANIGAL, WOLFF AND BIFFAR VOTING "AYE" AND COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE
VOTING "NAY ", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 28TH DAY OF MARCH, 2006.
