2006-09COUNCILMEMBER SHOTWELL INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, that the
fees for grave openings at the Blair Cemetery shall be and hereby are set at the following rates
effective on April 1, 2006, to -wit:

Adult $400.00
Infant $175.00
Cremation (one urn) $125.00
Cremation (one urn with vault) $175.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sale price for cemetery spaces in the Blair
Cemetery are set at the following rates effective on April 1, 2006, to -wit:
GRAVE SPACE AMOUNT PER SPACE
Adult $400.00
Infant (under 2 /cremation) $200.00
COUNCILMEMBER SHOTWELL MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS
READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER STEWART.
UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCILMEMBERS STEWART, SCHEVE, SHOTWELL, ABBOTT,
FANOELE, MCMANIGAL, WOLFF AND BIFFAR VOTING "AYE ", AND
COUNCILMEMBERS NONE VOTING "NAY", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE
FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14 DAY OF
FEBRUARY, 2006.
