shown above to renew this permit for an additional one (1) year period, or to notify us that
you will no longer be continuing this project. Renewal fees range from $150 - $400,
depending upon the original valuation of the project. A maximum of two (2) renewals can be
purchased.
If you will no longer be continuing this project, a final inspection must be scheduled to
ensure that the structure meets the minimum standards required by the Property Maintenance
Code.
