Dear permit holder,
This letter is to inform you that the above referenced permit will expire on the Expiration
Date shown above.
Please be advised that you will need to contact our office no later than the Expiration Date
shown above to renew this permit for an additional one (1) year period, or to notify us that
you will no longer be continuing this project. Renewal fees range from $150 - $400,
depending upon the original valuation of the project. A maximum of two (2) renewals can be
purchased.
If you will no longer be continuing this project, a final inspection must be scheduled to
ensure that the structure meets the minimum standards required by the Property Maintenance
Code.
Enclosed, please find a copy of the building permit and inspection record (if any) for your
