2095ORDINANCE NO. 2095
COUNCIL MEMBER SCHEVE INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE DEDICATING AND OPENING AN EXTENSION OF 10
STREET WITHIN THE CORPORATE CITY LIMITS OF BLAIR.
WHEREAS, The City of Blair has extended its corporate city limits through the
annexation process and now hereby dedicates and extends the existing lo Street in accordance
with the annexation and to officially recognize the existence of said street.

NOW THEREFORE IT BE ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1: That the existing 10 Street within the corporate City Limits of Blair be
dedicated and extended southerly to the intersection with Wilbur Street. (See Exhibit 1
attached hereto and fully incorporated herein by reference).
SECTION 2: That said real estate owned by The City of Blair is hereby dedicated,
extended open to the public as a street and to be named 10 Street within the corporate
city limits of Blair.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect following the passage and
publication hereof as required by law.
