COUNCIL MEMBER FANOELE INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE REAL ESTATE GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS LISTED
BELOW; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND
EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR,
NEBRASKA.
SECTION 1. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to change
the zoning designation from A/CH (Agricultural/Highway Commercial) to CL (Limited
Commercial) on the following real estate:
BC Lot 15, Block 54 114 PC 7 —1371 Lincoln Street
BC Lots 13 & 14, Block 54 114 PC 6 —1361 Lincoln Street
BC Lots 11 & 12, Block 54 114 PC 5 —1355 Lincoln Street
BC Lots 9 & 10, Block 54 114 PC 4 —1339 Lincoln Street
BC Lots 7 & 8, Block 54 114 PC 3 —1333 Lincoln Street
BC Lot 6 & W16' Lot 5, Block 54 114 PC 2 —1327 Lincoln Street

SECTION2. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to change the
zoning designation from A/ML (Agricultural /Light Industrial and Manufacturing) to RMH (Multi -
Family Residential High Density District) on the following real estate:

BC Lots 27 & 28, Block 14 114 PC 12 —1714 State Street
BC Lots 21 & 22, Block 14 114 PC 9 —1744 State Street
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to change
the zoning designation from CL (Limited Commercial) to A/CH (Agricultural /Highway
Commercial) on the following real estate:

SECTION 4. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to change
the zoning designation from CL (Limited Commercial) to RML (Multi - Family Residential Low
Density) on the following real estate:

BC TL 351 11 -18 -11 113 PC 351 -1977 -1979 South Street
BC TL 222 11 -18 -11 113 PC 222 — Vacant Lot

SECTION 5 Be it further ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair that
the official zoning maps of the City of Blair should be changed to reflect the zoning as established
hereby.
SECTION 6 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 7 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the passage
and publication hereof as required by law.
