COUNCIL MEMBER FANOELE INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 203 LYING IN THE SE 1 /4 OF THE SE 1 /4 OF SECTION
13, TOWNSHIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 11 E OF THE 6 P.M., WASHINGTON COUNTY,
BLAIR, NEBRASKA (10153 US HIGHWAY 75) FROM A/CH —
AGRICULTURAL/HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL AND MANUFACTURING DISTRICT TO
RL — RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY DISTRICT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA.
SECTION 1. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to
change the zoning designation of real estate in Washington County, Nebraska from ACH —
Agricultural /Highway Commercial District to RL — Residential Low Density District. See
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit `B" attached thereto and duly included herein by reference.
SECTION 2. Be if further ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair
that the official zoning maps of the City of Blair should be changed to reflect the zoning as
established hereby.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
