2090ORDINANCE NO. 2090 COUNCIL MEMBER FANOELE INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE: AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE SOUTH 360' FROM WHERE THE NORTHERN PROPERTY LINE MEETS THE DRIVEWAY ON TAX LOT 263 IN SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 18, RANGE 11, WASHINGTON COUNTY, BLAIR, NEBRASKA FROM OPD — OFFICE PARK DISTRICT TO RML (MULTI - FAMILY LOW RESIDENTIAL DENSITY DISTRICT); REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA. SECTION 1. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to change the zoning designation of real estate in Washington County, Nebraska from OPD — Office Park District to RML (Multi - Family Low Residential Density District). See Exhibit "A" attached thereto and duly included herein by reference. SECTION 2. Be if further ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair that the official zoning maps of the City of Blair should be changed to reflect the zoning as established hereby. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the passage and publication hereof as required by law. Passed and approved this 10th day of October, 2006.
