COUNCIL MEMBER ABBOTT INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PART OF TAX LOT 24 IN SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 18
NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE 6 P.M. FROM AGG (GENERAL AGRICULTURAL)
TO RM (RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT), TAX LOT 42 FROM AGG
(GENERAL AGRICULTURAL) TO A/CH (AGRICULTURAL /HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT), TAX LOT 88 FROM AGG (GENERAL AGRICULTURAL) TO RM
(RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT) EXCEPT FOR A DEPTH OF 100' ALONG
HIGHWAY 30 TO BE ZONED A/CH (AGRICULTURAL /HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT), TAX LOT 121 FROM AGG (GENERAL AGRICULTURAL) TO RM
(RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT) EXCEPT FORA DEPTH OF 100' ALONG
HIGHWAY 30 TO BE ZONED A/CH (AGRICULTURAL /HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT), TAX LOT 122 FROM AGG (GENERAL AGRICULTURAL) TO RM
(RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT) EXCEPT FOR A DEPTH OF 240' ALONG
HIGHWAY 133 TO BE ZONED A/CH (AGRICULTURAL /HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT), AND TAX LOT 53 FROM AGG (GENERAL AGRICULTURAL) TO RM
(RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT) ALL IN SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 18
NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE 6 PM; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA.
SECTION 1. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to
change the zoning designation of real estate in Washington County, Nebraska as follows: Tax
Lot 24 in Section 22, Township 18 North, Range 11 East of the 6 P.M. from AGG (General
Agricultural) to RM (Residential Medium Density District), Tax Lot 42 from AGG (General
Agricultural) to A/CH (Agricultural /Highway Commercial District), Tax Lot 88 from AGG
(General Agricultural) to RM (Residential Medium Density District) except for a depth of 100'
along Highway 30 to be zoned A/CH (Agricultural /Highway Commercial District), Tax Lot 121
from AGG (General Agricultural) to RM (Residential Medium Density District) except for a
depth of 100' along Highway 30 to be zoned A/CH (Agricultural /Highway Commercial District),
Tax Lot 122 from AGG (General Agricultural) to RM (Residential Medium Density District)
except for a depth of 240' along Highway 133 to be zoned A/CH (Agricultural/Highway
Commercial District), and Tax Lot 53 from AGG (General Agricultural) to RM (Residential
Medium Density District) all in Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 11 East of the 6 P.M.
SECTION 2. Be if further ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair
that the official zoning maps of the City of Blair should be changed to reflect the zoning as
established hereby.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
