AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONBY 7ADDINGFPARKING BLAIR
LOTS AS AN
REGULATIONS OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA,
EXCEPTED USE IN RML; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
AND EFFECT. HEREWITH,
AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1 Section 704.04 of the Blair Zoning Regulations of Blair, Nebraska is hereby
amended to include the following:
(16) Parking lots.
SECTION 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
