COUNCIL MEMBER FANOELE INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PART OF TAX LOT 3 AND TAX LOT 4 IN THE SE 1/4 OF
SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE SIXTH P.M.,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA (SOUTHERN RIDGE SUBDIVISION) FROM AGG
— GENERAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO A/CH - AGRICULTURAL/HIGHWAY
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT FOR LOT (1) AND RM - RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY
DISTRICT FOR LOTS (2) THROUGH (31); REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA.
SECTION 1. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to
change the zoning designation of real estate in Washington County, Nebraska from AGG -
General Agricultural District to A/CH - Agricultural/Highway Commercial for Lot (1) and RM -
Residential Medium Density District for Lots (2) through (31) - Southern Ridge Subdivision.
SECTION 2. Be if further ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair
that the official zoning maps of the City of Blair should be changed to reflect the zoning as
established hereby.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
