2057COUNCIL MEMBER SCHEVE INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 901.04(4)) OF THE ZONING REGULATIONS
OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, TO CHANGE THE MINIMUM HEIGHTS OF THE
REQUIRED SOLID FENCE, MASONRY WALL OR COMPACT GROWTH OF NATURAL
PLANT MATERIALS AROUND IMPOUND LOTS FROM SIX (6) FEET TO EIGHT (8)
FEET; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE
AND EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1. Section 901.04(4) of the Zoning Regulations for the City of Blair,
Nebraska is hereby amended to add the following provision, to wit:
(4) Impound Lots if screened on all sides by a solid fence, masonry wall or a compact
growth of natural plant materials not less than eight (8) feet in height.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
