vegetation, nuciu\ stored on the site, concrete retaining blocks nhurcd on site and the vu|uoltor
bcca groxiugf on the pudim|1y constructed nc\u[niva vvoJ|. The construction of the xm|] is
incomplete and the building permit obtained is no longer valid. In addition, citizen complaints
