Phil,
We have completed the demolition and clean up of the tower property at 12319 County Road P28 south
of Blair. I have attached pictures of the area to indicated how we removed all parts of the anchor the
below grade.
All concrete, rebar and steel beams were removed from each of the 3 anchor locations and the base
location.
The building belonged to Verizon and was removed in April of 2012.
Property insurance was removed from the structure.
Taxes are centrally assessed by the State of Nebraska. Blair Telephone Company will pay the property
taxes through December 31, 2012.
The closing date is set for Thursday December 27, 2012.
The site is ready for your final inspection.
Please let me know if there is anything further for me to do regarding the demolition permit.
Will I receive an approval document?
