COUNCIL MEMBER CHRISTIANSEN INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Blair Municipal Code Section 1 -506, the Mayor and the City Council of Blair,
Nebraska are to periodically designate the official newspaper for publication of notices, proceedings, minutes and
reports of the City and its officers.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA,
THAT the designated official newspaper for the City of Blair will be THE PILOT TRIBUNE AND THE
ENTERPRISE as published by the Enterprise Publishing Company, Inc. of Blair, Nebraska.
COUNCIL MEMBERCHRISTIANSEN MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS READ, WHICH
SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER HALL. UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCIL
MEMBERS SHEPARD, STEWART, KEPHART, RYAN, CHRISTIANSEN, HALL, ANDERSEN AND JENSEN
VOTING "AYE" AND COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE VOTING "NAY ", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE
FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 11TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 2012.
