RE: Mechanical Permit— B.O.S. Control — ME- 2012 -00458
Dear Ms. Matzen,
B.O.S. Control has obtained the above permit from the City of Blair to replace an air conditioning unit at_
the above location. The Contractor has indicated he has completed the installation of the A/C unit but
that you were going to hire an Electrician to complete the project.
To date, our records do not show that an Electrician has obtained a permit for this hook -up. Therefore,
we are unable to complete an inspection on this unit as requested by B.O.S. Control. Please have your
Electrician obtain the necessary permit from City Hall and request an inspection for this unit within the
next (30) days (December 9, 2012).
If you have questions, feel free to contact me. Thank you for your cooperation and prompt attention to
this matter.
