To Whom It May Concern:
On October 2, 2012, it was brought to our attention that you had done work at 1526
Washington Street, Blair NE, without an approved and issued building permit.
Please note that a permit must be approved and issued prior to starting a project. Any
future violations of this requirement could result in a fine and /or possible revocation of
your contractor's license. Also, understand in the future the fee for a building permit will
be doubled if you start work without an approved and issued permit.
