QUITCLAIM DEED
CITY OF BLAIR NEBRASKA., Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar
($1.00), receipt is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and conveys to Michael and Debra Hinrichs,
Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat 67 -201) in Washington
County, Nebraska:
A parcel of land known as the East one -half of Outlot C in Baronage Valley, a
Subdivision in the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska
The City of Blair hereby specifically reserves an easement over and across said property for any
and all utilities that exist on said real estate. This easement shall run with the land and shall be
binding upon the heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns of the Owner.
This deed shall include a covenant that this real estate described herein shall be appended to the
adjacent real estate owned by the grantee known as the Lot 1, Baronage Valley Addition to the
City of Blair, Blair, Washington County Nebraska containing 0.519389 acres, more or less,
22,624 sq. ft., more or less, and the above described real estate and adjacent real estate owned by
the grantee shall not be transferred and assigned except in a single transaction to the same
grantee or grantees, and said covenant shall run with the land.
