It has come to my attention that you have not complied with the requests of the City of Blair in reference to building permits pertaining to the property at 509 River Road. This file has been referred to my office for eviction proceedings based on non - compliance with the City of Blair Zoning Ordinance and the 2009 International Building Code. You have received several communications from the building inspector and city staff to resolve this problem. In addition, you have been granted extra time to comply and have failed to do so despite being aware that the City of Blair will grant no extensions beyond September 4, 2012. This letter shall serve as notice that you must vacate the premises at 509 River Road immediately until all the following required work on the premises is completed and passes inspection by the City of Blair: I . Driveway approach; 2. Plans regarding decks and stairs; 3. Insulate water supply line; 4. Finish sidings and gutters; 5. Provide underfloor access opening door; 6. Block sliding glass door so it can't be opened until landing is done; 7. Provide landing and stairs for front door; 8. Call for re- inspection. I No extensions will be granted by this office.
