To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is to inform you the above permit 13290 expired on October 31, 2011,

Please be advised that you will need to contact our office no later than Tuesday,
September 4, 2012 to request a final inspection or to notify us that you will no longer be
doing this project. We can renew your permit for an additional 1 (one) year period at a
cost of $225.00 if additional time is needed.
If we do not hear from you by the above date, this matter will be turned over to
our City Attorney for further procedure.
Enclosed, please find a copy of the building permit for your reference. If you
