I spoke with the tenant, David Casey. He said his daughter (Megan Casey) has been sleeping out in the camper at night.
Apparently he ran out of room when one of his other kids came to stay for the summer. I advised him that city zoning
does not allow person(s) to take up residence in a camper within a traditional residential neighborhood. He indicated
that he understood and I suggested that he could move the camper to a more appropriate location.
