Stillmeadow Cir Easement Sidewalk extensionEASEMENT
The undersigned, owner of the real estate described herein for and in consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, mutual covenants and benefits to be derived therefrom,
does hereby give, grant, sell and convey unto the City of Blair, Nebraska, its successors and assigns a
permanent and perpetual easement for the construction, operation, access, maintenance, repair and
placement and all purpose necessary or incident thereto across the following described real estate for a
sidewalk extension, to -wit:
The east 15.00 feet adjacent and contiguous to the East lot line of Lot 15, of Larsen's
Stillmeadow Addition in the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska, which is adjoining Lot 16,
Larsen's Stillmeadow Addition running from right -of -way of Stillmeadow Circle to the right -of -way of
Highway 75.
The undersigned property owner hereby reserves the right to use and enjoy said real estate,
except as may be necessary for the purposes herein granted to the City of Blair and provided that said
owner shall not, without prior written consent of the City of Blair, construct or permit to be constructed
any house, structure, reservoir, pipeline or any other construction or excavation on, over r within said
real estate description for the permanent easement as described herein.
The City of Blair agrees to pay for all damages to fences and buildings on said land which may be
caused by the exercise of the rights granted herein.
The City of Blair hereby agrees to repair and significant holes which may occur during the term
of this easement as a result of any undermining or erosion connected with the construction of said
sidewalk.
The easement shall be binding upon the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns
of all parties hereto.
