Dear Mr. Hansen,
On July 6, 2012, you were sent a letter giving you until July 11, 2012 to respond to our request
to renew the above building permit. To date, we have had no response from you.
Due to your lack of response, we have transferred your building permit to property
maintenance and are requesting a complete inspection of the inside and outside of your
property. Please contact our office no later than Wednesday, July 30, 2012 to schedule this
inspection.
If we do not hear from you on or after July 30, 2012, this matter will be turned over to the City
Attorney for further legal action. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
