Subject: Final Approval of Remedial Action Decision
Dear Mr. Pogany:

The Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality (NDEQ) has completed the
public notice of the proposed remedial action decision for the Black Hills Energy,
Blair FMGP. During the thirty (30) day public comment period, NDEQ did not
receive any comments or requests for a hearing.
This letter serves as notification of the final approval of the proposed remedial
actions and cleanup levels. Initiation of the remedial action plan must begin
within six months of this approval and be completed within 24 months, excluding
long -term operation, maintenance, and monitoring.
A copy of this letter is being provided to everyone who received notification} of the
public notice.
