NOW on this day of November, 2011, comes the Plaintiffs by and through
their attorney, Nile K. Johnson, on the Plaintiffs Complaint herein and there being no
one objecting to Plaintiffs' Complaint and the Court being duly advised in the
premises hereby finds that the Plaintiff herein is the owner of the properties described

of Section 11, Township 18 North, Range 11 East of the 6th Principal Meridian,
Washington County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
a point 435.00 feet East of the wrest line ofthe Southwest Quarter southeast Quarter of
Section 11, Township 18 North, Range 11 East and 132.00 feet South of the north line
of said Southwest Quarter Southeast Quarter, said point being the southwest corner of
Tax Lot 468 in said Section 11; thence North 90 °00'00" East (assumed bearing) on a line
parallel to and 132.00 feet South of the north line of said Southwest Quarter Southeast
Quarter a distance of 70.14 feet to the southeast corner of Tax Lot 468 as said Tax Lot
is surveyed by Richard L. Hansen, LS -382 and dated January 10, 2002; thence
South 00 °00'33" East along the southerly projection of the surveyed east line of said Tax
Lot 468 a distance of 14.81 feet; thence North 892608" West a distance of 70.11 feet
to a point on the southerly projection of the west line of said Tax Lot 468; thence
North 0009'00" West along said southerly projected west line a distance of 14.12 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
