Present: Rod Storm, Dale Miller and Al Schoemaker Motion by Miller, second by Storm to approve the minutes of the December 2, 2003 meeting as presented to members. All members present voting Aye. Review and consideration of application made by James Schwery for a Master Plumber's License. The applicant failed the Plumber's test with a score of 33 %. Motion by Schoemaker, second by Storm to deny the issuance of a Master Plumber's license to James Schwery. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Schoemaker, second by Miller to adjourn the meeting at 8 :10 a.m. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. MINUTES LIICENSING BOARD March 1, 2004 8:00 A.M. Present: Rod Storm, Dale Miller and Al Schoemaker Motion by Storm, second by Schoemaker, to approve the minutes of the January 5, 2004 meeting as presented to members. All members present voting Aye. Motion carried. Review and consideration of application made by Michael Allen for a Master Heater's License. The applicant failed the Mechanical Heating and Refrigeration Test with a score of 43 %. Motion by Miller, second by Schoemaker, to deny the issuance of a Master Heater's License to Michael Allen. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. Review and consideration of application made by Jeff Chapman for a Master Heater's License and a Master Plumber's License. The applicant failed the Mechanical Heating and Refrigeration Test with a score of 50% and also failed the Plumbing Test with a score of 53 %. Motion by Storm, second by Miller to deny the issuance of a Master Heater's License and a Master Plumber's License to Jeff Chapman. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. Review and consideration of a new Plumbing Test and new Mechanical Heating and Refrigeration Test which have been updated to meet the requirements of the 2003 Codes. Motion by Storm, second by Miller to approve the updated tests. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. MINUTES LICENSING BOARD April 5, 2004 8:00 A.M. Present: Rod Storm, Dale Miller and Al Schoemaker Motion by Storm, second by Schoemaker to approve the minutes of the March 1, 2004 meeting as presented to members. All members present voting Aye. Review and consideration of application made by Brad Lundquist for a Master Plumber's License. The applicant failed the Plumber's test with a score of 56 %. Motion by Miller, second by Schoemaker to deny the issuance of a Master Plumber's license to Brad Lundquist. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. Review and consideration of application made by Dan Mullen for a Master Plumber's License. The applicant failed the Plumber's test with a score of 46 %. Motion by Storm, second by Miller to deny the issuance of a Master Plumber's license to Dan Mullen. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. Review and consideration of a new Water and Sewer installer test which was updated to meet the requirements of the 2003 Codes. Motion by Schoemaker, second by Storm to approve the updated tests. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Schoemaker to adjourn the meeting at 8:16 a.m. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Schoemaker, to deny the issuance of a Plumber's License to John J. Bukacek, II. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. Present: Dale Miller and Al Schoemaker Absent: Rod Storm Motion by Miller, second by Schoemaker, to approve the minutes of the May 3, 2004 meeting as presented to the members, with the following change: the spelling of the name "Storm" in the last paragraph. All members present voting Aye. Motion carried. Review and consideration of application made by Jeremy Friedrichsen for a Plumber's License. The applicant failed the Plumbing Test with a score of 58 %. Motion by Miller, second by Schoemaker, to deny the issuance of a Plumber's License to Jeremy Friedrichsen. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. Review and consideration of application made by Mark Guinan for a Mechanical Contractor's License. The applicant passed the Mechanical Test with a score of 84 %. Motion by Schoemaker, second by Miller, to approve the issuance of a Mechanical Contractor's License to Mark Guinan. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. Present: Rod Storm, Dale Miller and Al Schoemaker Motion by Schoemaker, second by Miller to approve the minutes of the August 2, 2004 meeting as presented to members. All members present voting Aye. Review and consideration of application made by Gary Riibe for a Master Plumber's License. The applicant failed the Plumber's test with a score of 52 %. Motion by Storm, second by Schoemaker to deny the issuance of a Master Plumber's license to Gary Riibe. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. Review and consideration of application made by Cameron Ellis for a Master Plumber's License. The applicant failed the Plumber's test with a score of 50 %. Motion by Schoemaker, second by Storm to deny the issuance of a Master Plumber's license to Cameron Ellis. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried. Schoemaker is drafting a proposal for an industrial fitter's registration to be considered a future meeting. Motion by Miller, second by Schoemaker to adjourn the meeting at 8:22 a.m. All members present voted Aye. Motion carried.
