1 Have Brandy create an SI project and permit for the foundation reIriovai at 352 S I I"' Street. There is no
charge for the pertnit, but I would like the following informaticiri / inspections before we finalize the
permit/pro'

a, An "Other"'inspection by Flo yard c',rice the stem walls ;and foundation have been rernoved,
showing that no part of the foundation system remains. Any ground work done previously niust
be removed too.
b, A final inspection by Howard once everything has been filled in and regular turf grass planted, or
sod has been laid. We will not finalize the perfnit Until the, grass is actually growing and the sod
has been watered sufficiently to not die.
c. Howard _ire also need a letter ftom the Contractor verifying that he removed all parts of the
foundaon and gund ork and that the fill w was com pacted to 95'Yo or better, We do not need a
compactio n test, ro

Phil: The Contractor wants to know if he needs a permit for the above work? Do we need any documentation of the
work? I will make sure he is filling the dig back up with clean soil and inform him to keep the dirt off the City Streets,
sidewalks, and adjacent property.
