Hi Dave,
Thanks for contacting me. The reality is that any wood that was cut by Asplundh Tree Expert Co. as part of
work done for OPPD and left on -site at the request of the property owner must be neatly stacked at a location
near where the wood is used and in such a way that it does not create a nuisance violation Otherwise, Asplundh
would have removed the tree debris when they cut it.
I
The current wood piles are easily seen from 25 Street, which creates the nuisance violation. We can give you
two or three weeks to get everything moved, which should be a reasonable amount of time to get it all done, but
all the piles do need to be moved. j
I
Whether it seems logical or not, when a tree falls on its own in the woods it is natural, but when it is cut down,
cut up, and visible to the public, it becomes unnatural and a nuisance.

Dear Phil, I visited with the neighbors on the north and south ends accross from my property on 25th st and
they say they are good with what I've done, and also found out that you are one of my neighbors on 25th St. I
am going to move the rest of the stumps from the north end but was hoping the piles we've already made are
OK. Please let me know. thank you. Dave Nannen
