RE: Temporary Signs located along Highway 30 South on light poles and /or public right of way
Dear Sir or Madam,
It has been brought to our attention that you placed handmade signs along Highway 30 South
on light poles and /or in public right of way.
Enclosed please find a copy of the sign regulations governing property in the A /CH
(Agricultural /Highway Zoning District). You will note the regulations do not provide for
temporary signs and Blair Municipal Code does not allow for these types of signs to be place on
city /state right of way. Therefore, we ask that you discontinue this practice in the future.
