RE: Address Change
Dear Dave,
Due to an error on the part of the city in addressing property in Deerfield at the time it was
developed in 2006, it is necessary to assign you a new city address for the residential home you
are constructing on Lot 65, Deerfield Replat 2.
It has been brought to our attention this lot currently has an even number house address. The
Blair Municipal Code requires specific odd/even addressing throughout Blair depending upon
which side of the street the building is on. This lot should have been addressed with an odd
number. Therefore, your new address is 2293 Fielderest Dr .
We will contact OPPD, Washington County Assessor, Washington County E911, American
Broadband, Black Hills Energy and US Post Office regarding this change. We will also file a
document at the Washington County Register of Deeds for any future deed transactions with
your property. You will need to contact any other appropriate parties you deem necessary with
your new address.
