As of this date Robert D & Peggy Frahm the owners of 1106 Park Street (BC Lot 12 & Pt of Vac St
Blk 90 114 PC 2) have sold a 1/2% interest in this property to Kent & Brandi Nicholson with the
agreement that upon completion of the remodeling project they will purchase the property for
an amount to be agreed up at that time.
