I have reviewed your proposed reroute of the sanitary sewer service for the new Goodwill store and the only comment I
have is there is a 12 inch water main in the right-of-way (west of the west curb) buried 5 feet. Your contractor will need
to verify it's depth before he constructs the new sewer service to make sure he locates his new sewer cleanout in a
location that does not conflict with the water mam.
| believe there is also a 0oo main and phone cable in this right of way that rnay need to be accounted for as vve!i
Otherwise | am agreeable to the proposed revised payout for the sewer service for the new Goodwill store, | will stamp
approved on the drawings today and give them to our building inspection department for their file,
