I believe that there is a typo in the Court document as Lot 18 is not included like it is on the description forwarded to you by Greg Drew. They apparently have not filed the judment with the Register of Deeds yet so it is not shown in the County Surveyor office yet. However, the surveyor indicated that when filed, and assuming that the exclusion of 18 was a typo, they would have ownership of the previous railroad portion and vacated alley portion as shown on the attached picture.
