Southwest corner of Lot :18 in said Block 50, thence Northerly 100.54 feet on the West
line of Lot 18 to the Worthiest corner of Tot 18; thence Easterly 57.31 feet on the
North line of lets 89, 19 and 20 to a point distant 9 feet Southwesterly, measured
at right angles, from the center line of the Chicargo, Saint Paul, Minneapolis and
aikiia Railway Qxrp ny Spur Track I.C.C. No. 74, as said spur is now located; thence
Southeastexly 126.83 feet parallel with said spur track center line to a point on the
South line of Lot 23 in said Block 501 thence Westerly 134.68 feet along the South
line of Lots 23, 22, 21, 20, 19 ai-4 18 to the point of beginning.
