Whereas, Morehouse has been presented with and is in acknowledgement of the
property maintenance report dated July 6, 2011 that is attached to this agreement regarding
i
the above property; and
Whereas, this agreement shall be filed with the Washington County Register of Deeds
Office and be made part of the permanent record relating to this property; and
Whereas, Morehouse agrees to work with the City to bring the existing residential
structure into compliance with the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code on or before
December 31, 2012; and
Whereas, Morehouse further agrees to obtain any required permits for this project; and
Whereas, Morehouse further understands that as part of the permit process all
subcontractors performing work involving plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems shall be
registered or licensed by the City, as required, and that all required permits shall be obtained.
Now therefore it is agreed by all parties that:
1. The City will allow Morehouse to reside in the residential structure when all life safety
issues comply with the current building code and the City Building Inspector has granted
him Temporary Occupancy.

2. Complete siding and remaining exterior violations by July 1, 2012.
3. All work shall be completed by December 31, 2012
4. No occupancy, transfer and /or change of ownership shall be granted until a Final Inspection
is approved by the City Building inspector, verifying that all repairs and construction
required by this Agreement have been completed per the approved plans and specifications.
