I have checked again with Bart Moore, and he has indicated your earlier conversations did not include who would pay for the permit and no contract indicates he would pay for the permit. Therefore, by default, you as the homeowner are responsible for payment of this permit. You indicated to me the last time we spoke that you were unable to pay for this permit in one lump payment but would be willing to make monthly payments, if possible. It is not our usual practice to accept payments on permits, but we will make an exception under this circumstance as long as you are willing to make eight (8) consecutive monthly payments of $50.00. Therefore, enclosed please find an invoice for $400 for this building permit. Your first payment of $50 is due by November 25, 2011 with the following seven (7) monthly payments of $50.00 due by December 25, 2011, January 25, February j 25, March 25, April 25, May 25 and June 25, 2012 i We trust this payment plan is acceptable by you and that payment will be received each month by the due date. Each month you will receive a statement showing your outstanding balance. Once your first payment is received, we will contact you to set up a final inspection of the accessory building, at which time the inspector will review the drainage around the structure.
