Cargill is getting the permit as the owner, Keith Matzen will need to register as a general contractor, as I told
Tom in #2 below. If they (he) does not want to do that, they can get a different contractor who is already
licensed.
Brandy - I temporarily setup the penliil (#CIN-2011-00466) with the contractor as Sell", Please make sure it gets
changed to Keith Matzen (orrice he is registered) or to another contractor if that is who Cargill selects,
