located at the above address for one or more of the following code violations:
XX Section 6-333 Junk Accumulation (Tires piled next to
the driveway.)
XX Section 4-506 Weeds, Grasses, Vegetation, Litter
(Weeds on right of way must be trimmed
and maintained. Trees must be trimmed so
that there is an 8' clearance above surface
of the sidewalk and sidewalk must be
completely clear of debris. See photos)
Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference regarding the noted
violations.
Three (3) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected
to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined that the
violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5) days of
the date of the formal notice as per the attached code. If an extension is needed for additional
time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426-4191.
