Show manufacturers details for the steel framing for construction that supports the kitchen hood. Show scaled dimensioned drawings of the supporting construction and attachments. 4. Provide the manufacturers grease interceptor specifications. Show size of the unit. 5. Is the water heater gas or electric? 6. Are new hvac units being installed on the roof? If so, show stamped engineered calculations and details for the supporting construction. Show location on the roof. Show manufacturers listing and specifications. Will they be gas or electric? 7. Please indicate tenant address will be shown on the front of the building. 8. Will there be a hard ceiling or suspended ceiling installed? 9.
