To Whom It May Concern:
On or about September 19, 2011, you received a courtesy letter notifying you
that a complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To
date, the violation has not been corrected.
The violation is for a Nuisance of Weeds, Grasses, Vegetation, Litter -Tall Weed
Bush (See enclosed photo).
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about October 3, 2011.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.
