The purpose of this letter is to inform you that I intend to have the house located at 205 South 19
street removed. In speaking with John Henton who will be doing the demolition, he has informed me I
need to show proof of no insurance. When I purchased this property, it was in extremely poor condition
and after evaluating the cost of remodeling the home, it has been my decision to have it removed so I
have never had insurance on the home. This letter is my declaration that no insurance policy exists on
this house. My insurance company is State Farm Insurance as they do have the policy on the home I
live in and my two vehicles should you need to inquire about it.
