On or about August 26, 2011, you received a courtesy letter notifying you that a
complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To date, the
violation has not been corrected.
The violation is for Obstruction of Bushes on City Right of Way (Entire sidewalk
must be completel clear of bushes.)
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about September 6, 2011.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.

Section 6 -333 Junk Accumulation
XX Section 4 -501 Nuisances (Obstruction of bushes on city
right of way — Bushes must be trimmed)
back away from sidewalk -See photos.)
Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference. If this violation has
been taken care of, I would like to thank you for your efforts in helping to preserve a
clean, neat and safe community.
Five (5) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be
inspected to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is
determined that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the
violation within five (5) days of the date of the formal notice as per the attached code. If
an extension is needed for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City
Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
