The violation is for Junk Accumulation (Couch and fireworks on front porch, car battery, cardboard, buckets, boxes, 1 unlicensed red car, 1 unlicensed /inoperable van and garbage on back deck.) and Weeds, Grasses, Vegetation, Litter (Brush pile near garage and mowing needs to be done around entire property including city right of way.) According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
