On or about July 27, 2011, you received a courtesy letter notifying you that a
complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. We
appreciate everything you have done so far to correct this violation, but to date the
violation has not completely been corrected.
The violation is for Weeds, Grasses, Vegetation, Litter and some junk
accumulation -Brush piles in back and on side of the house, wood palette, buckets, and
other miscellaneous junk among brush debris (See enclosed photos).
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about August 15, 2011.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.

right of way — Bushes must be trimmed)
back away from alley way.)

been taken care of, I would like to thank you for your efforts in helping to preserve a
clean, neat and safe community.
Three (3) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be
inspected to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is
determined that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the
violation within five (5) days of the date of the formal notice as per the attached code. If
an extension is needed for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City
Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
