At that time, you indicated you would be moving your equipment, employee parking and daily operation of this business outside of city limits. I Over the past several months, we have received several complaints again about the operation of CJ's Tree Service existing at your residence. As a reminder, your residence is located in RML (Multi - Family Residential Low Density), which is zoned for residential use only and operation of a commercial business is a violation of the City of Blair's Zoning Ordinance and would need to be discontinued. The following activities are not allowed: 1. No use of equipment, running of equipment or maintenance performed on equipment not recognized as being part of normal household or hobby use. 2. No outdoor storage of materials or equipment, including materials and equipment stored overnight but driven offsite each day. j 3. No more than one employee may park at this location in order to leave with a company vehicle. All vehicles marked with the company name are considered company vehicles. If you believe that you can modify your current practices to qualify for a Home Occupation, please provide us with the following information so that we may determine whether your limited business activities would qualify under our zoning regulations. If they could, you must then apply for a Conditional Use Permit. Please i provide us with the following information: 1. How many employees do you have? i 2. What materials or mechanical equipment do you store or house on site on either a temporary or permanent basis? If temporary, please explain how often they are stored or housed there? j 3. Are there any sales of products or services made from your residence? 4.
